Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience as BA in IT/software environment; able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user needs; document requirements and specs.
• Coordinate with clients, leaders, architects, and Dev teams.
• Translate business requirements into system requirements.
• Develop test plans and validate interfaces per design.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
