Geographic Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to define system scopes and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements. This role will require insightful analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

Candidates must be onsite at GSI's headquarters in Palm Harbor, Florida. Prior Unemployment Insurance experience is essential, with ownership of projects, resource coordination, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Unemployment Insurance experience required; BA experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business and user needs and translate into system requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to document scope and dependencies.
• Understand project management and SDLC for large-scale projects.
• Translate requirements for architects and developers.
• Assist validation and testing of interfaces per design specifications.
