Job summary

• Experience leading technology-enabled underwriting transformation.

• Own the strategy and roadmap for North American underwriting technology.
• Scale and enhance an existing underwriting product across a significant book of business.
• Partner with underwriters to understand workflows, risk appetite, and product requirements.
• Translate underwriting needs into scalable product features and platform enhancements.
• Serve as the connection between underwriting and core technology teams.
• Modernize underwriting workstation and digital-platform capabilities.
• Improve workflows across the submission-to-bind lifecycle.
• Enable specialty P&C products through technology.
• Prioritize enhancements based on business value, user experience, scalability, and delivery feasibility.
• Incorporate data-driven, automated, and AI-enabled capabilities into the roadmap.
