Job summary

BayCoast Mortgage Company is seeking a dynamic mortgage underwriting leader to head a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. You will coach underwriters, drive results, and balance service with risk in residential lending.

You will personally underwrite and approve loans, including jumbo and complex scenarios, while maintaining your pipeline and ensuring operational excellence. Leadership visibility across the organization is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience underwriting residential mortgage loans, including jumbo and complex scenarios.
