Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2+ years of technical assistant/rating commercial underwriting experience.
• Strong PC skills with Word and Excel; strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rate and issue ISO Property, Inland Marine, Crime, General Liability, and Automobile lines following TMM rules and underwriter instructions.
• Use the Commercial Lines Manual and ISONet to confirm ISO rules and forms procedures.
• Rate and issue Workers Compensation Guaranteed Cost policies per rules and guidelines.
• Use Bureau websites to confirm regulatory rating rules and forms procedures.
• Utilize Rating Tools and resources to select rate versions and apply filings.
• Process endorsements, new business, renewals, cancellations, and reporting forms per underwriters' instructions.
• Prepare policy for mailing within required time frames.
