The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; you will support processing, documentation, and compliance within our Energy & Marine division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma required as minimum education.
• 0–1 years of experience in a related role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Willingness to pursue insurance designations (e.g., AINS).
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for agents and brokers, gathering information for underwriters.
• Support processing of business transactions not requiring underwriter review.
• Obtain information needed to finalize inquiries, maintain suspense and follow‑up.
• Ensure accuracy of information in internal systems and complete filing.
• Communicate with team members, agents/brokers, and partners to validate information.
• Adhere to guidelines and service standards for compliant processing.
• Assist in problem-solving to improve processes and efficiency.
• Assist underwriters with forms and policy changes as needed.
• Build relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams; participate in special projects.
