Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. supports a new product within our Executive Assurance team, where workflows are being established. We are seeking a creative problem solver with experience building workflows, developing SOPs, and driving change.

The ideal candidate will take initiative, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze information, resolve issues, and adapt to evolving business needs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a related field; base salary ranges are

Responsibilities

• Policy & endorsement issuance
• File documentation and set-up
• Review account information for data entry into appropriate systems
• Order, prepare and/or update reports
• Policy Rating and/or initial entry into rating model
• Processing of various underwriting transactions and requests
• Correspond with brokers for information at Underwriter’s request
• Booking/Invoicing
• Coordinate services with other services units, as needed
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

This Underwriting Service Specialist role supports a new product within our Executive Assurance team, where workflows are still being established. We are seeking a creative problem solver with experience building workflows, developing SOPs, and driving change. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking initiative, collaborating cross-functionally, analyzing information, resolving issues, and adapting to evolving business needs while partnering with underwriters, corporate resources, and global teams to meet key commitments.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.

$47,600 – $79,900 dependent on location.

• Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
