Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking an Underwriting Services Specialist in California.

The role focuses on delivering service for moderately complex accounts, processing policy and endorsement issuance, data entry, rating, and cross-functional collaboration to meet SLA targets. Applicants should have 2–5 years of insurance experience, knowledge of WC, GL, Property and Commercial Auto, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service delivery for moderately complicated accounts for policy and endorsement issuance
• File documentation and setup
• Review account information for entry into systems ensuring quality data reporting
• Order, prepare and/or update reports
• Policy rating and/or initial entry into rating model
• Process underwriting transactions and requests
• Communicate with internal functions and brokers as the key contact for assigned accounts
• Booking and invoicing
• Assist with special projects as assigned
