You will analyze information and determine the best course of action, serving as the key contact for assigned accounts and handling policy/endorsement issuance. The role requires 2–5 years in insurance, knowledge of WC/GL/Property/Commercial Auto, and a Bachelor's degree or insurance designation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated insurance knowledge across WC, GL, Property and Commercial Auto.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Collaborative team orientation and proactive communication.
• Self-directed with accountability and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provide service delivery for moderately complicated accounts for policy and endorsement issuance.
• File documentation and set-up; review account information for data entry.
• Prepare and update reports; process underwriting transactions as needed.
• Communicate with internal teams and brokers as the primary contact for accounts.
• Handle booking and invoicing; participate in special projects.
