New Mexico Mutual seeks an Underwriting Manager to oversee underwriting teams and ensure consistent application of the company’s risk appetite across the unit. You will work with the Director of Underwriting to create and implement programs expanding business opportunities, customer service, and innovation.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, workflow optimization, and compliance while supporting short- and long-term underwriting projects and strategic initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required.
• Minimum seven years of property and casualty underwriting experience.
• At least two years in leadership with tech initiatives and related projects.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
