Under frequent supervision, gain a broad understanding of RLI and the underwriting function through real-world experience, on-the-job training, and project-based assignments. Work alongside experienced underwriting professionals to develop an understanding of risk evaluation, account analysis, and the role underwriting plays in supporting profitable business growth.
Requires a high school diploma and college coursework with 0-2 years of experience in a related field or position.
