CNA Insurance is seeking an experienced Underwriter for the National Accounts Property team. This hybrid role can be based in Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; or Lake Mary, FL and focuses on complex underwriting, pricing and client relationship management within a busy regional territory.
The role requires 5+ years of underwriting experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with professional designations preferred.

When you join the National Accounts Property team, you are responsible for the overall management, business development, analysis and monitoring of a highly complex book of business. You will be recognized as a technical expert in underwriting shared & layered property policies for the National Accounts team. Under general management direction, you will work within broad limits of authority on assignments requiring a high degree of technical complexity and coordination.
This hybrid role is located in either Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC or Lake Mary, FL where you will have the ability to grow your market presence throughout your assigned region.
As determined by CNA and depending on the applicant’s experience and/or qualifications, candidates may be hired into one of three Underwriter positions: Underwriting Specialist, Underwriting Consultant, or Underwriting Consulting Director. Typically, 3-10+ years of related experience.
