Qualifications

• 1–2 years commercial insurance experience in an insurance environment.
• Working knowledge of insurance and policy issuance systems.
• Multi-line rating experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist underwriters with quoting, rating and issuance of new business, quotes, renewals and endorsements.
• Obtain necessary information from underwriters to complete tasks as needed.
• Process quotes and issue policies in the policy issuance system within guidelines.
• Handle miscellaneous admin duties such as scanning documents and Proof of Coverage entry.
• Administer policy issuance from quote through issuance and remittance to brokers.
• Ensure endorsements and policies are processed accurately and remitted timely.
