Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a Processor or comparable position.
• Ability to learn multiple computer systems for processing information.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews brokerage policies from carrier and verifies required information.
• Prepare policies for delivery to retail agents by applying stamps and correspondence.
• Independently handle policy issuance, logs, and distribution of policies.
• Review binding policies and deliver to agents; assist with mail transmittal to companies.
• Communicate with producers on basic issues and escalate when needed; use Outlook and PIPS.
