We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Underwriting Assistant to join our growing U.S. team in Walnut Creek. Sitting at the heart of our underwriting function, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our underwriters across multiple product lines, helping them move quickly, stay organised, and continue delivering an outstanding service to brokers. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of account handling - from submission through to policy administration and renewals. You’ll act as a central coordination point across underwriting, operations, and finance, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, reliable support that enables our underwriting teams to operate efficiently and deliver an exceptional service to brokers. You’ll be involved across the full lifecycle of an account, helping to keep activity moving at pace while maintaining strong attention to detail.
