Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Underwriting Assistant for its SPG Wholesale operation. The role supports the Underwriting Team by issuing policies, handling documentation, and coordinating with agents.

This position offers exposure to commercial and personal lines risks, with a focus on efficient policy issuance and file management. The role involves answering calls, processing documents, and maintaining accurate records, with a compensation range of $17–$18 per hour.

Summary:

This Underwriting Assistant position provides support to the Underwriting Team, by issuing and sending policies, following up on documentation requirements from agents.

The expected salary range for this position is $17-$18 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
