HUB International in West Fargo, ND, is seeking a Commercial Lines Service Specialist for a fully onsite role five days a week in the office. You will provide professional service to clients and internal teams, handling binders, certificates, endorsements and policy documents with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, knowledge of property and casualty accounts, and experience with Epic or similar software.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • Previous experience working with property and casualty account administration preferred.
  • Experience with Epic or other insurance related software preferred.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain approved accredited program designation preferred.
  • State property and casualty insurance license, or ability to obtain, required.
  • Knowledge of insurance agency operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a great attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  • Must be thorough, detail-oriented and is responsible for working with confidential information.
  • Ability to accommodate immediate requests, perform under short deadlines and coordinate multiple jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of our clients.
  • Work closely with the team in providing exceptional service.
  • Assist team in following HUB process/procedures related to binders, certificates, endorsements, policy check and other related items while verifying accuracy.
  • Knowledge of carrier online systems for obtaining quotes, loss runs, billing information, policy documents, etc.
  • Assist with premium bearing transactions, audits and premium reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client information in agency management system.
  • Adhere to all HUB Broker Standards, processes, procedures and state regulations.
  • Work closely with management on special projects and act as a back-up to team members as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This is a fully onsite role, requiring five days per week in the office.

As a Commercial Lines Service Specialist, you will provide professional, courteous service to our clients and internal team. Provides support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing commercial accounts.

The expected salary range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
