Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete core assignments and training modules focused on insurance and underwriting principles.
• Participate in self-paced professional development courses (time management, presentation skills, etc.).
• Complete challenging project work and present findings to local leadership.
• May work independently or with other interns; provide results to supervisors.
• Sample projects include risk assessment to determine profitability and underwriting gaps.
