Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an Associate with certifications.
• Willingness to pursue continuous learning.
• Certification or progress toward ARM/CPCU/AU encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, prepare and develop premium quotations under underwriting guidelines.
• Assess underwriting eligibility and develop pricing for new business, renewals, and endorsements.
• Analyze accounts for insurability and accept/reject within authority.
• Support agency relationships.
• Develop new business and retain existing business in territory.
• Explain the benefits of workers’ compensation products to customers (agents and policyholders).
• Analyze loss trends and develop corrective action plans.
