The Underwriting Analyst will support the Underwriting Manager and the Underwriters for the Starr Tech Property team. This employee will also be responsible for corresponding with our broker contacts to collect necessary submission information needed by the underwriting unit. The Underwriting Assistant will also work with the underwriters to create, review quote proposals, binders and assemble policies. In addition, this individual will be responsible for creating underwriting files and following-up on any outstanding subjectivities for bound accounts.
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Boston, Starr Insurance Companies is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets: experience and training: licensure and certifications: and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000 - $75,000
