Job Responsibilities

• Manage a book of complex accounts, analyze financial statements, and assess risk to make sound underwriting decisions.
• Develop new business relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Lead and mentor underwriting team members, participate in large risk approvals, and contribute to departmental policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of underwriting experience.
• Preferred: Working towards an Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) designation.

• May lift up to 10 lbs. and travel up to 20% for business purposes.
