Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished commercial underwriting professional to join a financially strong, P & C standard market insurer in a field commercial underwriting role for eastern TN. Working remotely with full support, you will work with independent agents and brokers to develop, underwrite middle market to larger multi-line accounts, new and renewal. Several years of insurance company commercial lines underwriting experience is required; current knowledge of the independent agents in the territory is essential. There will be travel in the field to meet with, train agency account executives and producers on company appetite, help generate new business submissions.
