We are seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our Employee Benefits team. The Underwriter will be responsible for risk assessment and decision-making on new business opportunities, collaborating closely with the Distribution team to drive sales and maintain existing business, aligned with the company’s financial goals. The role also involves working with other departments and vendor partners on underwriting issues and best practices.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000, with actual compensation based on experience, skills, and location. Additional performance-based incentives, bonuses, and benefits are offered, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
