We are looking to add a Sr. Commercial Underwriter to our growing team. This role is pivotal in transforming the commercial real estate experience by empowering our employees and customers to deliver innovative solutions and results.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide underwriting support, counsel, and authorization related to the issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies.
• Utilize underwriting standards and guidelines within delegated authority limits to underwrite title insurance issuance.
• Guide company personnel in performing real estate settlement services.
• Issue underwriting standards and guidelines according to established processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Law Degree required.
• Licensed to practice law, in good standing.
• 5-7 years of title underwriting experience; commercial experience preferred.
• Familiarity with real estate law, including federal and state regulations.
• Strong understanding of real estate title and settlement processes.
• Analytical rigor and business acumen.
• Negotiation skills and tactful communication of complex or unpopular information.
• Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and act decisively.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Creative problem-solving and abstract thinking abilities.

Pay Range: $95,350 - $127,125 annually. This estimate reflects the base pay at posting time and may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
