How you'll make an impact:

1. Assist Underwriter / Broker Senior in servicing and operational management of accounts.
2. Underwrite, service, and manage assigned accounts.
3. Achieve Production and Service goals, measured on attainment of both.
4. Underwrite individual insurance applications for property and casualty, following guidelines for issuing policies on standard or substandard basis.
5. Evaluate risks based on property value, location, usage, safety features, and other relevant information.
6. Maintain frequent contact with field teams to gather information for underwriting decisions.

About you:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

• Assignments that require originality and ingenuity, indicating strong behavioral traits.
