Description

Extremely fast-growing broker that is looking to expand its presence in California. They are looking for folks with 2+ years on the wholesale broker/underwriting side of the business. Ideal candidates should have solid agency contacts in the state. This broker has many markets ready and willing to write new business, particularly strong in the $5,000-$25,000 space, with both binding and brokerage markets available. They will also consider candidates from an MGA background.

The position allows for remote work. Candidates must be sales-oriented and production-oriented underwriters with goals to meet. Company underwriters will not be considered for these roles, but assistant broker/underwriters who feel they are ready for the next step are encouraged to apply. A tremendous sense of urgency is required.
