Qualifications

• Certified commercial diver with ADCI certification.
• Engineer-in-Training certification is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform underwater structural inspections as a certified commercial diver.
• Inspect bridges and transportation structures across Texas.
• Collect field data and document inspection findings.
• Prepare clear inspection reports and deliverables.
• Apply structural engineering principles to assessment and rehabilitation projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and inspectors to assess conditions and propose solutions.
• Travel periodically within Texas for projects.
• Maintain safety and quality standards during inspections.
