Job summary

Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group is seeking an Aquatics Technician (On-Call) to ensure the safety of artists and technicians in the water. The role involves supporting rehearsals and performances, maintaining diving gear, and documenting all safety procedures and equipment logs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, fluent English, a current scuba diving certification, CPR/AED, OSHA 10 eligibility, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Current scuba diving certification (Divemaster or higher) and CPR/AED.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 10 card.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Document departmental designs, equipment, systems, and logs.
• Support rehearsals, trainings, and performances with Aquatics staff.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain diving gear.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety procedures; participate in training.
• Maintain water safety during performances and training sessions.
• Perform maintenance and assist other theater departments as needed.
• Complete other job-related duties as assigned.
