Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Resolution Analyst to act as a liaison between client contacts and our denial/underpayment appeal process, increasing department revenue while handling PHI with strict privacy. The role requires reviewing claims, researching payer contracts, and coordinating with payers to recover underpayments.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel/Office skills, a deep understanding of revenue cycle management, and experience in hospital reimbursement and contract analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in healthcare billing or collections.
• Familiarity with payer contracts and insurance processing.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and appeal denied or underpaid claims.
• Follow up with payers to secure timely reimbursements.
• Gather documentation and research payer requirements for complex appeals.
