Job summary

USIC is seeking field Locator specialists for daytime, full-time roles. You will locate and mark underground utilities across designated areas, document findings, and photograph each locate. A safe driving record and ability to work outdoors are required.

We offer a comprehensive training program, advancement opportunities, and a range of benefits. Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Available to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Able to pass a drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Able to read locate tickets, maps and prints.

Responsibilities

• Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities and mark locations.
• Photograph each locate and complete necessary documentation.
• Work daytime, full-time with potential overtime and on-call shifts.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy.
