Job summary

A utility construction company in San Antonio seeks an experienced Superintendent/Project Manager to oversee the entire construction process from mobilization to close out. Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, coordinating personnel, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of underground utility installation and the ability to manage multiple jobs effectively. Qualifications

• Experience with underground utility projects ranging from $250K to $2M.
• Ability to handle multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Must pass a background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire construction process from mobilization to close out.
• Maintain project schedule and coordinate personnel/equipment.
• Monitor construction projects for successful and timely completion.
• Communicate project details with Bartek management and stakeholders.
• Attend all production meetings.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Manage administrative job aspects, including daily reports.
• Assist estimators in the bidding process.
