You will manage budgets, scopes of work, site visits, permits, and coordination with customers, engineers, and subcontractors. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook, plus a valid driver's license and 30% travel, are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in heavy civil underground utilities construction.
• College degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Estimating background helpful.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Strong communication and computer skills (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Ability to travel ~30% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets and scope of work plans from conception to completion.
• Conduct site visits, review specs/drawings, and secure permits.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and manage subcontractors’ schedules.
• Provide regular status updates to customers, engineers, and the team.
• Ensure safety and compliance with contract requirements and invoices.
