Qualifications

• Preferred college degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Estimating background helpful.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record; travel ~30% with overnight stays.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and the construction team.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook for project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets and scope of work from conception to completion.
• Conduct site visits, review specs and drawings, and secure necessary permits; troubleshoot issues.
• Provide status updates and coordinate pre-construction meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors' schedules and approve invoices.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery and safety.
