Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is looking for a Drill Operator based in Boise, ID. In this role, you will operate horizontal directional drilling (HDD) equipment to install conduits and utilities. The position requires a solid foundation in underground construction techniques and the ability to navigate diverse working environments safely.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience in directional drilling, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of directional drilling experience or equivalent training.
• Familiarity with HDD equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling rigs and support equipment to install underground utilities.
• Read and interpret construction prints to locate utilities.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
