Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Buried Crew Foreman in Columbus, OH to lead underground utility construction crews, oversee excavation and installation work, and ensure safety and quality standards. You will coordinate field operations, manage subcontractors, and drive on-schedule project delivery for broadband and utility projects.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of underground dry utility experience, strong blueprint interpretation, and proven leadership abilities.
