Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH Company, seeks an experienced Crew Leader for underground utility projects in Utah. You will organize daily work, supervise a five-person crew, and ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.

This role requires 5–10 years in underground utilities, leadership experience, and a valid driver's license (CDL a plus). You will read blueprints, manage materials, and monitor job costs while maintaining equipment and reporting daily progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5–10 years of underground utility experience with at least 3 years as crew lead.
• CDL is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and elevations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work on the project and supervise crew of up to five.
• Manage materials delivered to the project and maintain records.
• Keep time cards and prepare daily reports.
• Monitor equipment care and maintenance.
• Enforce safety and company policies.
