Job summary

cable-services in Lancaster County is seeking a qualified individual to operate hydraulic excavation equipment for the construction and upgrade of underground utilities. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading equipment, operating machinery, and adhering to safety standards.

Preferred candidates will have experience with directional bore drills and hydraulic excavators, plus a Class A CDL. A full benefits package, including health and dental, is offered. This position may require travel to various job sites.

Qualifications

• One year of experience operating a directional bore drill.
• Experience with hydraulic excavators, skid loaders, and dozers.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment securely.
• Transport tools and materials safely.
• Operate equipment to assist in placing underground utilities.
• Complete and verify daily inspections of equipment.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret engineering/construction prints

Knowledge of utility depths and placements

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
