Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation through its Primoris T&D division in Raleigh, NC seeks an Underground Superintendent to lead underground distribution construction efforts in the Carolinas. You will enforce safety, manage crews, schedules, budgets, and quality, and coordinate with utility customers to deliver projects safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Underground distribution construction experience.
• Strong supervisory experience leading multiple crews.
• Extensive knowledge of underground utility construction practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across operating areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture while ensuring OSHA and company requirements are met.
• Oversee multiple underground distribution crews and field personnel.
• Manage project execution to meet schedule, budget, and customer specs.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, outages, and construction activities.
• Monitor productivity and quality, initiating corrective actions as needed.
