Job summary

Midco seeks a Laborer to support underground construction crews installing and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure. You will perform manual labor, handle materials, and help keep job sites safe and orderly.

Roles range from Laborer to Laborer III based on experience and certification. Expect a 40-hour week with overtime during peak seasons, a comprehensive benefits package, and potential for year-round employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2 years of work experience.
• Complete Construction First Time (FTR) certification within 60 days.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; DOT requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Dig trenches/holes with shovel and expose utilities.
• Install utility pedestals, cabinets and hand holes.
• Handle conduit and fiber/cable pulling and installation.
• Maintain a safe, clean work zone and assist with jobsite oversight.
