TelCom Construction, LLC is hiring a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team in Minnesota. You’ll participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities include installing underground telecom cabling, operating equipment, and maintaining work areas while communicating clearly with the crew in all weather conditions. Benefits include weekly pay, PTO, holidays, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
