Job summary

Texstar Enterprises, LLC is seeking an entry-level Laborer on our Telecom Underground team in Millersbrug, OR. You’ll participate in loading, delivery, digging and operating equipment to support underground construction.

This role offers hybrid work arrangements and on-the-job training, with responsibilities including installing underground telecom cabling, completing daily production reports, and maintaining safe work areas in all weather.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Previous experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration efforts.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
