Triple-D Communications, LLC is seeking a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team. You will engage in loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation to support underground construction projects.

Responsibilities include installing underground telecom cabling, operating equipment, and keeping work areas safe and organized. You will report daily progress and collaborate closely with the crew to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
• Safely operate common hand tools and basic equipment.
• Prior construction/underground work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Assist with installing underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain clean work areas.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors.
• Complete daily production reports and assist with site restoration.
