CableCom, LLC is hiring a Laborer on our Telecom Underground team in Madison, WI. You’ll participate in loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment while installing underground telecommunications cabling.

Safety, teamwork, and clear communication are essential as you complete daily production tasks in all weather conditions. We offer weekly pay, PTO, parental leave, holidays, a 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience operating various hand tools and utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration efforts.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
