TelCom Construction is seeking a Drops Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations, supervise foremen and crews, and ensure safe, on-time completion. This role emphasizes communication and leadership, with local work and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts preferred.
• Proficient in database software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations.
• Job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide leadership to foremen and crew members.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verify locates, materials and billings.
• Provide all required job reporting.
• Complete as-builts and redlines.
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
