Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Directional Drill Bores Operator for Maple Grove, MN. This role involves determining bore paths, locating utilities, and safely operating drill equipment to install underground telecommunications lines.

You will be responsible for site setup, bore scheduling, and equipment maintenance, with work in all weather conditions. We offer hands-on training, a safety-first culture, and a supportive team as part of our operations staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driveris license with clean driving record.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with drilling equipment and understanding bore setup and design processes.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control all necessary equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Verify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore path.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Responsible for site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
