The ideal candidate has an associates degree or 3 years of related experience, supervisory or managerial experience, and strong project management skills. You must be authorized to work in the United States and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3 years related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom equipment ensuring safety and timeliness.
• Supervise daily activities and project progress, guiding execution and deliverables.
• Maintain effective communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Identify issues/risks and help develop response plans.
• Align work with current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
• Implement processes to support completion of tasks in the area.
• Coordinate with personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
