Job summary

Visionary Broadband in Casper, WY seeks an Outside Plant Underground Construction Locator/Operator to travel Visionary territories and build/maintain underground fiber with the engineering team. You will manage trenching, boring, drops, and handholes, adapting to varied terrains in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecom underground construction experience.
• CDL or ability to obtain CDL for this role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to pass drug test and background screen.
• Willingness to travel throughout a large service territory.

Responsibilities

• Operate required machinery safely under Construction Manager guidance.
• Create daily production reports and maps; track hours and materials.
• Maintain vehicle and machinery in partnership with fleet management.
