Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in utility or underground utility preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to perform strenuous physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, duct banks, cable vaults, handholes, and related underground infrastructure.
• Pull, place, and secure underground cables under supervision.
• Prepare sites and restore grading and cleanup.
• Assist equipment operators, linemen, and technicians.
• Follow project plans, specifications, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Participate in safety meetings and trainings.
