Job summary

The Mosaic Company is seeking an Underground Operator for a 12-hour rotating shift at our Saskatchewan site in Canada. You will perform safely and efficiently in an underground environment, operating equipment and following OH&S standards.

Applicants must have Grade 12 or equivalent and demonstrate safety aptitude; underground potash mining experience is a plus. The role offers a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits.

Work schedule:

12 hours rotating shift.

Underground Operator 3

The successful candidate will safely and efficiently perform the duties of an Underground Operator in an assigned area on an assigned rotational shift.

What you’ll do:

• Demonstrated Aptitude for safety
• Demonstrate they are physically fit and capable of lifting
• Complete training on hand and power activated tools
• Complete exam and task sheets on equipment as required
• Keep the work area safe and clean.
• Train and operate mobile equipment safely and effectively.
• Interpret and carry out written or oral instructions, and to mate written reports as required
• Diligently adhere to all relevant legal environmental requirements.
• Diligently ensure that all relevant OH&S requirements and in-house safety regulations are complied.

What you’ll need:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Demonstrate aptitude for safety
• The ability necessary to progress through the Lines of Progression
• Underground Potash mining experience considered an asset
