Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of repair, installation, and troubleshooting of underground network/communication systems.
• Formal education in network and/or 2-way radio is preferred.
• A strong safety record and teamwork are essential.
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills in mining environments.
• Rotating schedule of nights and days is required.

Responsibilities

• Installation and repair of underground and surface networks and communications equipment (fiber, Cisco Wi-Fi/switches, leaky feeder, 2-way radios, cameras, battery systems, etc.).
• Assist in developing and executing projects to support mine plans.
• Collaborate in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.
